03 / Orders, prices and payment
Transparent at checkout.
Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is accepted when dispatch is confirmed. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and discounts are shown before the order is placed.
04 / Delivery and returns
Fair expectations.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is stated. International customers are responsible for local import charges. Eligible unused and sealed products may be returned under our Returns Policy; faulty, damaged or incorrect goods do not reduce statutory rights.
05 / Subscriptions
Only where clearly offered.
If subscriptions are introduced, the saving, frequency and recurring payment will be shown before checkout. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled payment and dispatch.
