01 / UK delivery
Free as standard.
Standard UK delivery is free and normally arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail Special Delivery or an appropriate next-day courier is available for an additional £10 per order.
02 / Dispatch
Order by 2pm.
We aim to dispatch paid orders placed before 2pm on the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, during weekends or on UK bank holidays normally leave on the next working day.
03 / International delivery
Simple zonal pricing.
For Europe, Southeast Asia, India, Oceania, the USA and Canada: Standard delivery is £10 per order, Tracked delivery is £20, and Express delivery is £35. Import duties, local taxes and customs fees remain the recipient’s responsibility.
04 / Tracking and non-delivery
Check the delivery evidence.
If tracking shows delivered, check the supplied address, safe places, neighbours and any carrier photograph or GPS information. Where carrier tracking and evidence confirm delivery to the address supplied, we may be unable to accept a non-delivery claim without further evidence, though we will review the circumstances and raise an investigation where appropriate. This does not affect statutory rights.
